Items in your cart aren't reserved until you've completed checkout and received a confirmation email.

Our site gives the first person to pay at checkout the rights to an item. You haven't secured an item until you've fully processed your payment. Successful payment results in a confirmation page on our site and an email featuring an order number in this format: BM—0000.

Remember, while you're checking out, another customer could purchase the last available artwork. If that happens, you can't finalize your payment, and the item is considered sold out.

If you've been charged but haven't received a confirmation email, ensure the email address you provided at checkout is correct.

If you attempt but fail to complete payment, your bank may still place a hold on the order amount. This isn't a payment to bella.gold. It's a bank hold, typically released within 3-5 days. For more help with this, contact your bank. Unless you've received an order number, we have no record of your payment and won't be able to help with any billing inquiries.
