Following my Cafe De Flore moment, I had the line “are you happy to be in Paris?” running over in my head. The color felt right, and the connection between the first bowl and its solo typography and the last bowl with its opaque paint felt fitting. It’s a flex if you read it but otherwise, it’s an elevated key bowl if you leave it at that.
