We ship artwork from Byron Bay, Australia via DHL, insured for its full value. You'll get a tracking number once your piece has been dispatched. Duties and taxes are paid for prints and editions. For originals, duties are not included — given the value of the work, we'll be in touch directly to coordinate import handling and any applicable charges before dispatch.
Australia
We ship Australian orders from Byron Bay through AusPost. You'll get a tracking number once your piece has been dispatched.
Everywhere else
We ship worldwide via DHL. Some countries collect additional taxes and import duties when the piece lands. We are not responsible for additional taxes, tariffs, or duties charged by your country. For originals, we'll reach out before dispatch to discuss customs handling and ensure the piece clears smoothly into your country.
Returns
We don't offer exchanges or returns. Due to the custom nature of the work, all purchases are final sale. If something's not right, email hello@bella.gold and we'll figure it out.
