Original Artwork on paper size 58 x 40 inches. This felt like a luxury being able to work in such a large format again, it’s been a second. But I feel at home spending a month on the tiny details of something once so much smaller. I worked with my framers in New York City to present this original piece in its finest condition and framed the way I think looks best. This original artwork has been hand signed and dated as well as the edges hand deckled. It has been float mounted in a 1-inch deep white shadow box frame with museum-grade UV plexiglass and a 2-inch reveal. In plain speak, this treatment makes it look as if the paper is floating in the middle of the frame, neither touching the glass nor mount. The hand-torn edge gives softness to the piece and casts an organic shadow onto the mat behind it.
