Our site gives the first person to pay at checkout the rights to an item. You haven't secured an item until you've fully processed your payment. Successful payment results in a confirmation page on our site and an email featuring an order number in this format: BM—0000.

Remember, while you're checking out, another customer could purchase the last available artwork. If that happens, you can't finalize your payment, and the item is considered sold out.

If you've been charged but haven't received a confirmation email, ensure the email address you provided at checkout is correct.

If you attempt but fail to complete payment, your bank may still place a hold on the order amount. This isn't a payment to bella.gold. It's a bank hold, typically released within 3-5 days. For more help with this, contact your bank. Unless you've received an order number, we have no record of your payment and won't be able to help with any billing inquiries.

Looks Pretty Good

Is the art studio of Bella McGoldrick and Tyler Rogers based in Byron Bay, NSW. Primarily working with paper, we make drawings, limited-edition prints, and books. In addition, we explore furniture, audio systems, and sculpture. We're fiercely independent and strive to be the primary reference for other artists to make a living without traditional gallery representation.

Commissions

We take on a select number of commissions every year. The process involves the client coming to Bella with a broad theme or idea, (ie. Las Vegas, Champagne, desserts) Hyper-specific requests cannot be honoured. From there we come up with a timeline, a creative brief, and 50% deposit is paid. Once the final work is complete, we frame and ship upon final payment. The original work will likely have reproductions made at some point in the future and Bella retains ownership of the image in perpetuity.

Trade

We work with interior designers and architects directly. If you have a client looking to secure multiple works, please reach out and we'll see if we can make something happen.

Artist Management & Advisory
